Dealer Rules & Regulations

Do I need an EIN, resale certificate, or seller’s permit?

In order to sell products at retail, you should be in compliance with your own State laws as far as registering a business, operating as a sole proprietor and/or if resale certificates are required. It is not our obligation to verify and make sure these principals are in order and remain in compliance.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ will vary from product to product and may vary between different products within the same Collection or Series. These quantities will be clearly listed on product pages and the order process verifies these limits before checkout is possible.

Are pre-sale orders binding, or can they be changed/canceled?

Pre-sale orders are generally considered binding once submitted and accepted. Because inventory is allocated in advance, changes or cancellations may not be allowed after the pre-order deadline. Once fulfillment has begun, if a pre-order isn't paid within 10 days, it will be considered Abandoned and the stock will return to inventory. Any repeat non-payments will result in dealer account termination. Any exception must be approved by Broken Crown.

Is a deposit required, and when is the balance due?

We do not require a deposit or down payment on pre-sales. The full invoice is expected to be paid in full at the time of fulfillment. Orders will not be shipped until payment is fulfilled. Please use good estimations and do not pre-order more than you will be able to purchase at time of fulfillment.

When is inventory expected to ship, and are dates guaranteed?

Pre-order fulfillment will be estimated in weeks at time of pre-sale opening. These dates or timeframes are not guaranteed. Knowledge of early arrival or delays will communicated immediately to all buyers.

Where and what channels am I allowed to sell Broken Crown products?

At this time, we do not restrict any outlets or channels where you may sell our products Retail. If we decide to limit this in the future, we will send out correspondence to everyone.

What are the rules for using brand images, trademarks, and product claims?

Dealers may use approved Broken Crown product images, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting authorized Broken Crown products. Images and trademarks may not be altered in a misleading way, used for unrelated products, or combined with inaccurate product claims. Dealers may not make statements about origin, exclusivity, or availability that have not been approved or published by Broken Crown. We often provide shared folders to brand and product assets. If you would like access to use the items we provide, please contact to request.

Who pays shipping for wholesale orders?

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the dealer and will be added to the invoice or charged separately prior to shipment. Any special freight arrangements, rush requests, or split shipments may result in additional charges.

What is the process for damages, defects, and returns?

Any shipping damage, shortages, or product defects must be reported in writing (email) within a set period after delivery, ideally within 3 business days. Claims should include the invoice number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization, and unauthorized returns may be refused.

Are there launch-date rules before I can list, sell, or ship the product?

Yes. Certain releases may be subject to official launch dates or street dates. Dealers may list and promote these upcoming dates, but not advertise as in stock, sell, or ship those items before the approved date unless Broken Crown provides written authorization to do so. These dates will be clearly state with every product release and not even ourselves will make any sells before these dates. If a dealer is proven to have broken this rule, their account will be immediately terminated.

When will I know when the next release is coming or what it will be?

Broken Crown will share upcoming release information with approved dealers through its normal wholesale communication channels, such as email updates, dealer newsletters, or order release sheets. Advance notice may vary depending on the release.

When will the price points for releases be available?

Wholesale pricing and any suggested retail pricing will be provided when each release is announced or when pre-sale ordering opens. Final pricing may occasionally be subject to change prior to invoicing if production or freight costs materially shift.
